Prior to founding ValidSoft, Pat was Head of Electronic Trading Technology in Europe for Goldman Sachs International.
In addition, Pat also performed the role of Co-Head of European Equities Technology and also worked in an advisory
capacity (technical due-diligence) with the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.

Phil Hickman (Chairman)
With over 30 years experience, Phil is regarded as an expert in Payments Processing. Prior to his association with ValidSoft
Phil was CEO of Intelligent Processing Solutions Limited, a role that naturally evolved from his previous role as
Head of Strategy & Planning for HSBC Commercial Bank.

Peter Golden (COO & Company Secretary)
Ex BZW (IT Director) and VP for Trading Systems at Citibank with over 35 years experience in systems development, business analysis
and IT strategy and over 25 years experience in the financial services sector, especially investment, retail and commercial banks,
exchanges and independent software vendors.

Joe Farrell (Director)
Ex HP (Digital) with over 30 years experience in software development and all aspects of Electronic Commerce.
Joe is a founding Director and leads ValidSofts Product positioning in Remote Access solutions.

Cindy Nicholson (Managing Director, Asia Pacific)
Ex JP Morgan and Credit Suisse Financial Products, with over 20 years Investment Banking,
Software Solutions & Management Consulting experience within Financial Markets.

David F Smith (CIO)
33 years in IT, predominantly in retail Financial Services. Held senior positions in application development and business / IT consultancy with major
organizations/management consultancies including Logica, Mars Group, DMR, Amdahl, Coopers&Lybrand, PwC and Charteris. Held senior audit
and management roles including Head of IT and Operations Assurance and IT Security at Voca.

Mike Skells (Chief Solutions Architect)
Ex BT with over 15 years in Technical Design Authority and Software Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications industry
and in developing object oriented systems.

Terry Williams (Non-Executive Director)
Previously, Terry was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wilco where he oversaw the creation of Gloss, a world-renowned product for the Securities
Industry. Wilco grew to over 1,200 people worldwide managed out of eight global offices. In 1996, ADP purchased Wilco, and Terry remained with Wilco
through April 2002 to oversee the expansion of its products under ADP.

Hank Uberoi (Non-Executive Director)
Hank is the CEO of his own Investment Company which is focused on managing his personal investments in private and public companies globally.
Previously, Hank was the Chief Operating Officer and head of a large Equities Investment Business at Citadel Investment Group, and prior to this was a
Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 14 years.
