ValidSoft is committed to fully respecting your privacy.

• When someone visits our website we collect standard internet log information, specifically IP address, current date/time and page accessed.
• We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
• We perform only simple statistical reports to allow us to monitor total activity on the website.
• We can use the data to work out what pages visitors are accessing most, at any one time.
• We do not re-link any of the statistical data to specific IP address.
• We currently keep all log data for a maximum of one month, including IP address.
• We do not perform statistical analysis using the IP addresses.

ValidSoft will not (and will not authorise any third party) to use the statistical data to track or to collect any personally
identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any
personally identifying information.

If you use the website to request information by clicking on a link to that effect, a form will appear that shows you
exactly what information we ask in order to respond to your request. We do not use this information for any other purpose
than to respond to your request, i.e. to send you an access code. Unless you expressly indicate this by ticking the relevant
box on the form, we will not contact you with other information, or for any follow-up to your request, and we never pass on
your information to third parties without your express consent.
