ValidSoft's VoiceID™
Is It the Right Human? With ValidSoft you know with certainty
Secure Identity Assurance

Without secure and simple identity assurance of the consumer, authentication in the Contact Center will continue to be ineffective, costly and compromised.

Security Grade Cyber Platform

ValidSoft's VoiceID™ is a “security grade” cyber platform, a classification that we believe none of our competitors can achieve

Authentication and Identification

Is It the Right Human? ValidSoft's VoiceID™ accurately identifies speakers by the sound of voice, in real-time providing authentication and identification using static phrase or random digits (or a combination) (active voice biometrics) and free-flowing text (passive voice biometrics)

Continuous Authentication

ValidSoft's VoiceID™ can perform continuous passive authentication over conversational or intent driven free speech

VoiceID™ Features
VoiceID™ Active Authentication (Text-Dependent)
Text Dependent or passphrase / OTP mode is where a specific, typically short, phrase or series of digits is used for enrolment and for authentication. Using a well-chosen phrase gives strong biometric performance and good user experience in situations where a PIN or password may have been used in the past
VoiceID™ Conversational Authentication (Text-Independent)
Text independent mode is where natural speech or conversation is used to enroll and authenticate the user. This mode is often used in call centers as a replacement for a series of security questions with the authentication being transparent to the caller
Precision Voice Biometrics ( VoiceMFA™)
Precision Voice combines what the customer is saying along with confirmation that they are the correct claimed identity. The combination of understanding the intent and verifying identity provides assurance simultaneously. This product can be used to provide higher levels of Liveness Validation ensuring a “Live” customer is being verified or enrolled. It can also be used to provide the highest levels of security by combining it with knowledge such as One-Time-Passcodes
Speaker Verification
Speaker Verification; is the process of verifying someone’s voice against a claimed identity. It is a 1 to 1 matching process where audio is checked against a (single) previously enrolled voice model (the voice print). The goal is to assert the individual is or isn’t who they are claiming to be for the purpose of authentication, generally
Speaker Identification
Speaker Identification is the process of checking spoken audio against multiple pre-enrolled voice models. It is a 1 to N process as there is no claimed identity, the system is trying to establish who the speaker is from their voice. It is often used for techniques such as watchlist (e.g., identification of known fraudster) processing or agent identification

Having worked with voice biometric suppliers in the past, we were familiar with the technology. We were however delighted with the advanced technology as well as the ever present support from ValidSoft, both on a technical level as well as well as business and process level. ValidSoft’s reactivity and flexibility has been second to none and has given us the feeling that they are a true partner.
